I don’t know about you, but I get sad when I get in line at the checkout stand at Whole Foods and see a bunch of expensive, organic junk disguised as healthy food in customers’ shopping carts. Why spend all that money, when it’s not going to really benefit you in the long run? So I decided to put together a board on Pinterest, showing my favorite finds for healthy and convenient snacks foods at Whole Foods. Note, these are NOT staples for a healthy diet! These foods I post on this board are NOT a replacement for fresh fruit, vegetables, gluten-free grains, soaked and sprouted seeds, healthy raw fats, etc.
Rather, these are fun foods are easy to prepare or ready-to-eat. They taste so great, it almost makes you wonder: Is this REALLY healthy for me?
